Our effort to do things right, the skilfull elaboration process using the best raw material and the perfect medium salt content enables our product to be of the very best quality. The fish is caught in the seasons of Spring and Summer in the Cantabrian and the Mediterranean sea. The origen and time of capture of the fish is very important. The fish is salted and cured for several months until it becomes a delicious anchovy.

The exquisite taste of our Anchovies is the key to our success. The secret is in the curing process of the fish and the content of salt after they have been cleaned. The cleaning of the Anchovies is utmost and is carried out skilfully and delicately giving credibility to our quality product.

The Marinated Anchovy is one of our specialities. The fresh fish is marinated in salt and vinegar for a certain period of time then packaged in oil in plastic tubs. The Anchovy Banderillas and Marinated Anchovy Banderillas are another speciality of ours. Elaborated skilfully with red peppers, gherkins, pickled onions, olives and then packaged in oil in jars and also in plastic tubs.
